How the new digital system works:
Boat Berth Queue
- New applications are submitted by filling in the form on this page and paying the mandatory application fee.
- We review all new applications, and once your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by email.
- If you wish to change your berth, the same rules apply as for new applications. You purchase a new queue position on the website and submit expressions of interest for the berth(s) you wish to rent instead.
- The position you see in the system is your correct position in each queue and overall. However, if a customer is, for example, number 200 in the queue, they may still be "first in line" for 3-meter berths in a specific harbor, since the 199 people ahead are interested in other berth types.
- In the Member Menu, you can view your queue position and how long your queue fee is paid. Here, you can also extend your payment by clicking "EXTEND PAYMENT", which means paying the annual queue fee, and "Edit queue details" if you, for example, have changed address or want to update your boat size.
- Each queue position has an annual fee. One month before your queue year expires, you will receive a payment link via email and SMS if you wish to remain in the queue.
Allocations
- During each allocation period, both previously unallocated berths (or unpaid berths from the previous allocation) and new berths will be available. Therefore, it is important that you submit expressions of interest and rank your choices. If you have done this before and your selections are no longer visible, it is because the berth has already been allocated to customers higher up in the queue.
- If a berth is allocated to someone higher in the queue but is not paid for in time, it will be republished on the website, and your previous expressions of interest will remain.
Submit expressions of interest for available berths:
- When allocation periods begin, you will be notified via email.
- You then go to our website and select "Allocation of available berths" in the menu.
- Submit your interest in the berths you find relevant and rank your preferences.
- The more berths you express interest in, the greater your chances of being allocated one. (However, do not apply for berths you would not consider renting.)
- When the allocation period ends, berths are assigned based on queue position and your ranking. (You will be allocated the berth you ranked highest where you are also highest in the queue).
- You then have 7 days to pay for the berth before it is released back to the market.
- Once you have paid for a fixed berth, you automatically leave the queue.
- Please note that only those allocated a berth will be contacted via email.
Changing berth
- If you are in the queue to change your berth and are allocated a new one, you must contact the Harbor Office so we can terminate your old berth and adjust any price difference.
Frequently Asked Questions
I want to change my contact details such as email address or mobile number. How do I do that?
Answer: Log in using Mobile BankID and update your details under "My Account". Alternatively, send an email to the marina, and we will update your details for you.
I cannot access the payment page via the link I received. What is wrong?
Answer: The most common issue is that you are using an outdated browser. Try using a different browser or device.
I cannot click "Pay now". What is wrong?
Answer: The most common issue is that the boat entered is too large for the berth. This could be due to depth, width, or length restrictions that the system detects.
